- 01Do I need an appointment to try on wedding dresses in Sydney?
At Emerald Bridal, yes. Your fitting includes a private room and a dedicated stylist. Weekday bridal fittings are free; a $30 non-refundable booking fee applies on weekends. Request your preferred date and time, and our team will confirm availability.
- 02Can I try on plus-size wedding dresses?
We have plus-size samples for a selection of gowns. A designer’s orderable size range is different from the samples available to try. Tell us your usual dress size and the gown names you like so we can check the available samples before your appointment.
- 03Should I order a new gown or choose an off-the-rack sample?
An ordered gown has a production and delivery wait; an off-the-rack sample is an existing gown. Your choice depends on your wedding date, preferred design, size, condition and alteration needs. Ask your stylist to confirm the details for your chosen gown before deciding.

Bring nude underwear, a strapless bra if you plan to wear one, and any shoes or accessories you would like to try with gowns. You can bring up to four guests. Share your shortlist and wedding date with us before your fitting.
